A BIT ABOUT ME
Hi all, my name is Sophie, a French Canadian living in Mornington, Victoria. I have been dedicated to the health and fitness industry for the last nine years.
Growing up with back pain led me to understand and feel the benefit of
exercise early in life. Further on, I decided to help people live a better life
by discovering how to integrate daily activity easily into a routine.

I provide individual professional programs designed to help you reach and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Individually or in a group, I adapt your training for your best result.
On-Site, mobile to be in the comfort of your place* or via Zoom!

30-60 minutes session
Stability / Mobility
Designed for YOUR needs. Endurance training based on the Pilates method. On a mat, reformer*, wunda* chair or bodyweight exercises to get you moving and reach your goals.
An intense session combining cardio and Pilates, keeping your heart rate pumped up. Jumpboard, boxing, bodyweight exercises will lead you to sweat and get better stamina and endurance. You will be challenged! Pilates is waiting for you on mat or reformer. It won't be easy! However, I will make sure you have fun!
RECOVERY / REHAB SESSION
A Pilates-based training incorporating movement for straightening and stretching the entire body. A full-body workout focused on endurance adding your specific needs and challenges.
Need some TLC to recover from an injury? I can help you recover by movement at your own pace to improve your daily life.

From 30 minutes to 60 minutes. Designed for YOUR needs. Book for an individual session or for a maximum of 4 people to save 25% off! Resistance/endurance training based on the Pilates method, HIIT Training, on mat, on reformer* or bodyweight exercises to get you moving reach to reach your goals.
